These are pointers, not rules: what really decides is how much audio you move and how many requests you fire at once.
1 The standard voice speaks 9 languages (en, en-gb, es, fr, hi, it, ja, pt, zh), and they are the same ones translation can return audio in. Text is translated into around 50; for the rest, the response arrives as text.

Die Sprache muss nicht angegeben werden: Sie wird aus dem Text selbst abgeleitet.
3 Beim Klonen gibt die Stimmprobe den Ton an. Hat sie einen starken Akzent in ihrer eigenen Sprache und bitten Sie sie, eine andere zu sprechen, klingt das Ergebnis nicht immer muttersprachlich: Man versteht es klar, aber man hört, woher es kommt. Es ist keine feste Regel — wir haben englische Proben sehr gut auf Spanisch klingen hören — es hängt von der Probe ab. Wenn die Zielsprache wichtig ist, testen Sie zuerst mit einer Probe in dieser Sprache.
4 Von allen Audiodiensten akzeptierte Formate: wav, mp3, flac, ogg, opus.
Im kostenlosen Tarif ist das, was Sie erzeugen, für den persönlichen, nicht kommerziellen Gebrauch bestimmt. Es darf für nichts verwendet werden, das direkt oder indirekt Einnahmen erzeugt: keine Werbung, kein monetarisiertes Video, kein Produkt, das Sie verkaufen, kein Unternehmensmaterial.
Ab Startup aufwärts sind das Audio und der Text, die Sie erzeugen, mit einer kommerziellen Lizenz versehen: Sie dürfen sie in bezahlter Arbeit verwenden, veröffentlichen und verbreiten, ohne uns pro Nutzung etwas Weiteres zu zahlen.

Sie erstreckt sich nur auf das rechtmäßig Erzeugte: Wenn Sie uns eine Aufnahme oder einen Text senden, an dem Sie kein Recht haben —die Stimme einer Person ohne ihre Erlaubnis, ein Lied, den Text eines anderen— gehört das Ergebnis Ihnen dennoch nicht, und diese Lizenz schützt Sie nicht. Was hineingeht, liegt in der Verantwortung dessen, der es hochlädt.
